The Annual General Meeting of the Midlothian Federation of Community Councils will be held on
Wednesday 19th June 2013 at 7:15pm
Venue: Penicuik Town Hall
We would welcome a large attendance of Community Councillors at the AGM, which will be followed by our regular monthly meeting, to which each Community Council is entitled to send 2 representatives.
Come along and let us know what your Community Council wants from (or can offer to) the Federation, and find out what the Federation can do for you.

Midlothian Council's Scheme of Community Councils provides for community councils in 16 distinct areas. In all 16 areas a community council has been formed, although at any given time there may be one or more areas without a functioning community council. Presently, all 16 community councils are in being.
Each community council may send two voting representatives to Federation meetings. Non-voting observers may also attend. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month from September to June.
